anonymous source today. Arguably, the power behind the recent up-
tick of Pirate activity in the Gulf of Aden and the Indian Ocean now has
an explanation.
Clearly a Hydra agent can be seen in the photograph “leading” the
pirate to pose for the photographer. Our investigators have been
unable to determine a proper motivation for this clearly staged
photograph.
After conferring with several of our regional sources, it has been
suggested that this photograph was taken in the waters of Hammer Bay
in Genosha.
